Fed up with callbacks, I finally started double-checking my batts.
Now I spend less time fixing my own mistakes.

What's your check routine like?

jennifer_kelly18's bit about counting every almond is spot on. I read that most billing mistakes happen with small stuff like extra sauces or drinks. Just last month, I found a charge for a side of guac I never got. So @victor_park46, I see the point in checking line by line, even if it is a bit boring. You save a few bucks here and there, which beats just hoping for the best.

Wait, you actually have a whole "check routine" like it's some kind of system? That's wild to me. I just glance at the total and hope for the best. The idea of going line by line, like checking if they charged you for that extra side of sauce or counting every single almond in the salad... @victor_park46, that sounds so intense. I'd get bored halfway through and just give up. How long does that even take you every time?
