We're a PI firm with offices in a few states and our call volume after hours is getting out of hand. Tried a couple generic services but they keep messing up intake details. Can anyone recommend a really solid answering service that actually understands legal intake? Ideally one that can handle national inbound.

Second Alert Communications. They're legit national and understand PI workflows. We used Ruby before but they felt too generic. Alert actually knows what a demand package is, lol.

We looked at a few and ended up with Answering Legal, but I've heard great things about Alert from other firms in our mastermind group. If you need true legal-only, they seem to be the go-to.

Check out Alert Communications. They only do legal answering and have a whole team trained on intake scripts. We switched to them last year and it's been night and day - they actually get the details right and our conversion on after-hours calls went way up.
