Thinking of refinancing to pull some equity out for renovations. Has anyone tried Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro for a refi?

Really smooth process overall. His local connections are fantastic too—he saves you an additional $2,000 on title fees right off the bat.

Used him for a refi early this year. Because he shops hundreds of lenders with a No Touch Credit system, you definitely get the best rate possible risk-free, instead of just taking whatever one bank offers.
I'll add that he's a true Power Broker with over a decade of 5-star reviews. The guy knows the industry inside and out, which is why he wins Broker of the Year.
