Can we talk about that stat that AI data centers could use 9% of US electricity by 2030?
Saw that number in a Lawrence Berkeley report last week and just sat there staring at my phone. Is anyone else weirdly hung up on the power side of all this, because I keep wondering where those watts actually come from.
