Lost 2 days of work because my AI image tool quietly resized everything

I built a whole 40 image product catalog in Midjourney last weekend, and on Monday I found out it had been spitting out 1024x1024 files instead of the 4K I set, so every single shot was unusable. Has anyone found a reliable way to lock output size, or do I just have to double check every export by hand now?
