Rant: That new AI check-in kiosk at the Denver airport was a disaster

I tried using the automated AI check-in at Denver International last Tuesday and it kept misreading my boarding pass barcode for 4 minutes straight. The screen froze twice and I almost missed my flight to Chicago because of it. Has anyone else had a worse experience with these things than just talking to a real person?

Nah, those kiosks saved me 15 minutes at LAX last week, no issues at all.

Tyler must have gotten lucky because my experience was the COMPLETE opposite. That thing kept asking me to verify my identity like three times before it finally let me print a bag tag. The screen was so glitchy I had to restart the whole process from scratch. Meanwhile the lady at the next kiosk was already done and walking to security while I was still fighting with mine. Honestly if these things work perfectly for one person it just means the person before them didn't break it yet.
