Serious question, the demo booth at the Columbus AI expo only showed the wins
I spent 2 hours at the AI expo in Columbus last Saturday and every single demo ran on perfect sample data, not one booth showed what happens when the model gets fed garbage. One presenter actually said "we just retrain it" when I asked about the failure cases, which tells me the messy parts are still a real problem. Has anyone here actually seen a live demo where they let you throw bad input at the thing?
