Family called my air fryer wings rubbery, fixed it last week
My sister visited last Tuesday and said the wings came out like rubber bands. I was doing 400 for 20 minutes straight, no flip. She told me to do 10 minutes, flip, then another 8 at 380. Also pat the wings dry with paper towels before any seasoning. Night and day difference, crisp skin and juicy meat. Anyone else skip the drying step and pay for it?
