Frozen vs fresh broccoli in the air fryer - I ran a test last Tuesday
I made two batches side by side to settle this once and for all. The fresh broccoli came out crispy in 10 minutes with a light char, while the frozen batch (even after patting dry) turned out soggy and limp after 14 minutes. The texture difference was huge - fresh won by a mile for crunch. Anyone else find frozen veggie results disappointing in the air fryer?

Try tossing the frozen broccoli in a little cornstarch before air frying, it helps draw out moisture and gives a way better crunch. Also, cranking the temp to 400 and giving it a good shake halfway through makes a huge difference!
