Dropped $600 on a cordless rivet gun and now I get why people hate pneumatic

Bought the Makita XVR02Z last month for a wing skin job and it cut my time by half. Anyone else ditch their air tools for battery stuff?

Paid $600 for a rivet gun and now my shoulder hates me instead of my ears. At least with pneumatic you got a nice hose to trip over and remind you life could be worse. Battery tools just quietly drain your wallet while you stand there smiling like a fool.

$600 for a rivet gun? @jenniferb53, please tell me that thing at least makes you a sandwich between rivets (or maybe that's what the shoulder pain is for). I mean, I've heard of tool budgets getting out of hand, but that's practically a mortgage payment for a glorified stapler.
