Why does nobody mention cleaning ultrasonic parts with a coffee filter trick?
A buddy I used to work with at Delta showed me this last week. He said to use a standard coffee filter over your beaker spout when pouring out used ultrasonic solution, and it catches all those tiny metal shavings and grit before they clog your sink. Have you ever tried something simple like that that just made your day easier on the hangar floor?
@tyler492 People don't share fixes like this because they assume everyone already knows or it's too simple to mention. Did the coffee filter hold up okay with really fine metal dust, or did some still make it through?
