A home owner in Alexandria told me my panel placement was ugly and it made me rethink my whole layout approach

Spiderweb" is harsh but he's not totally wrong... I started hiding everything behind a false panel too and it's way less drama.

Dropped $60 on an AI writing tool that just rewrote my grocery lists

Same here, man. I've been through six different AI writing tools in the last two years (trying to save time on client emails) and every single one leaves the same hollow feeling. The Hemingway trick works for basic cleanup but it can't fix the core problem where the voice just sounds like a generic robot trying to be friendly. I spent three hours last week rewriting a single blog post that Jasper had "finished" in 30 seconds. It's honestly exhausting, like you're doing double the work. I'm starting to think the best tool is just a blank page and a deadline, you know?

Used a diamond wheel on a 1/2 inch tempered piece versus a standard wheel, the difference was night and day.

Wait, you're telling me he did that for a whole decade?

That cheap brake bleeder kit cost me an extra 3 hours on a simple job

I read somewhere that those plastic hoses are ALWAYS the weak link on those Motive bleeders. Pretty sure it was on a Honda forum where a guy said his basically exploded on the second use. Smart move swapping it for rubber. My buddy tried using the stock plastic one on his CR-V and it cracked right at the fitting. Had brake fluid EVERYWHERE in his garage. Rubber hose is like $5 at the hardware store and saves you from that mess.

Question about how to fix broken mayo when it splits on you

Yeah I read somewhere that the temperature shock is what usually breaks it, like if everything isn't within like 10 degrees of each other it's just asking for trouble. Good tip though @kevin_martin, I never thought about letting the oil warm up that way.
