Vent: 4 squatters' signs on my block in 3 weeks, and 2 of them are fake

Driving down Menaul near San Mateo I counted 4 different 'no trespassing' postings at one spot, and the property records show it's still owned by a guy who pays his taxes. Has anyone else seen this scam popping up around the Heights, and who do you even report a fake notice to?
