Worm bin flooded after heavy rain - did I rescue it right or make things worse?

@david739 nailed it, I did the same dumb thing with my first bin and lost half of them.

Yeah you mentioning "did I rescue it right" reminded me of my buddy Jake. He tried saving his worm bin after a storm and ended up dumping half of it into a bucket with no air holes by accident. The worms all crawled to the top and died because they couldn't breathe. He was so bummed he just gave up and started fresh. So honestly, as long as you kept airflow and didn't drown them in standing water, you probably did better than him.
