Best week I've had in a while, 9 calls and 7 were easy fixes

I had one of those weeks where everything just clicked, which almost never happens in this line of work. Monday started with a dryer that wouldn't heat, turned out the vent was so packed with lint the safety fuse popped, 20 minute fix and the lady tipped me $20. Then Tuesday I got a fridge call where the guy swore his compressor was dead, but it was just a $12 start relay, he was so happy he didn't need a new unit. Wednesday and Thursday were mostly clogged drain pumps and a dishwasher that just needed the float switch cleaned off. By Friday I looked at my ticket log and I'd done 9 calls with only 2 that needed parts ordered, which almost never happens. What's your record for easy fixes in one week, and do you ever feel a little bad charging full rate for a 15 minute job?
