Shoutout to the community shop in Fargo for keeping parts bins organized

I stopped by a rental property repair in Fargo last Tuesday and the landlord had a small parts shop set up in the garage. Every drawer was labeled with the model number and date, most from the last 3 years. It made my dryer fix a 20 minute job instead of a 2 hour hunt. Has anyone else run into a homeowner that actually keeps a decent parts inventory?
