Warning: my smoke alarm went off at 2am because I tried to dry basil in the oven
Set it to the lowest setting, walked away for 10 minutes in my Houston apartment, and came back to charred leaves and a kitchen full of smoke. Does anyone have a no oven way to dry herbs that doesn't end with me standing on a chair fanning the alarm with a cutting board?
