The diner cook in Gorham told me to order the hash over the home fries, and he was right
Stopped at a place off Route 2 up in Gorham for breakfast and the cook leaned over the counter and said the corned beef hash is made in house on Tuesdays, so thats what I got. Anybody got a spot up north that does hash from scratch like that?

Fresh hash beats the canned stuff every time, so now I gotta hunt down spots that make it daily.
