Warning: my Wednesday at the DMV in Boise took 6 hours and I only moved up 4 spots in line
Got there at 7:15am behind 40 people, watched a guy get turned away at the counter for having a utility bill from March instead of April, and by 1pm I was still holding ticket B-47, so does anyone actually know the best time of day to show up or is it just random luck?
