Just hit 10,000 photos in my deep sky stack and still can't see the nebula clearly

I've been imaging the Orion Nebula every clear night for the past 3 weeks and my stack just crossed 10,000 frames. After all that processing and time, the core is still blown out white and the outer dust barely shows. Anyone else put in this many subs and end up with a frustrating result like this?

Wait, 10,000 frames and you still can't see it? That's like running a marathon just to trip at the finish line. Better luck next time, I guess.

Actually read somewhere that human eyes need something like 12-15 fps minimum to perceive motion, and even then we're really bad at catching tiny details in fast sequences. But 10,000 frames at a moderate speed should definitely be enough to see whatever they're claiming they can't see lol. Heard a filmmaker say once that at 24fps, a single frame is visible for about 42 milliseconds. So 10,000 frames is like watching something for almost 7 minutes. That's a lot of time to spot something. Either the claim is bogus or they just don't want to admit they were wrong.
