TIL the difference a tracking mount makes with the Orion Nebula

I used to take 30-second exposures of M42 with my DSLR on a tripod, getting blurry streaks. Three months ago I got a Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer for $350, and now I can do 2-minute shots that actually show the nebula's color. Has anyone else found a cheap mount that totally changed their photo quality?
