Thought paintless dent repair was a gimmick until I pulled 9 dents out of a hail car in one afternoon
I always figured PDR was just a way to charge full rate for half the work, but a guy named Ray at a shop off Lamar in Austin let me watch him work a golf ball sized dent on a black Tacoma. He had it flat in about 12 minutes with nothing but rods and a light board, and I could not find where it was after. Picked up a starter kit for $340 the next week and I have made that back three times over on door dings alone. Anybody here running glue pull setups on creases, or do you stick to rods for those?
