My $6 plastic egg skelter beats the fancy wooden one my wife bought at the farmers market
My wife grabbed a hand carved wooden egg skelter from a guy in Asheville for $45 and I picked up a plastic one at Tractor Supply for $6 just to see which held up. Two months later the wooden one has a crack from the humidity and the eggs get stuck halfway down, while the cheap plastic one keeps rolling them along just fine. Anyone else got a fancy coop gadget their birds and weather ruined, or is it just our house?
