My rooster finally figured out the predator call, 6 months late

Last week my barred rock rooster started doing the hawk warning cry whenever a plane flies over. It took him half a year to get it right after that Cooper's hawk grabbed one of my hens back in April. Any other folks have birds that learn these calls at their own weird pace?

My rooster does that with every delivery truck now. Dumb but harmless.
