Wasted $45 on a fancy chicken feeder that just made a mess
Bought one of those treadle feeders that's supposed to keep the feed dry and pest-free. My hens couldn't figure it out after three days and kept spilling grain everywhere. Any recommendations for a feeder that actually works with dumb birds?

After three days with my birds I switched to a PVC pipe feeder with elbows and it worked instantly.
