That Saturday market rush nearly broke my mixer...
Last weekend I took on a 30 dozen cookie order for a farmers market in Portland, and the dough kept sticking no matter what I did. I switched to chilling it for 20 extra minutes between batches, and the third round came out perfect. Has anyone else had a day where one small tweak saves the whole bake?

Was it really that broken though, or just a normal hot day? Sticky dough happens to everyone, chilling it for a bit is pretty standard practice. Sounds like you just needed a break more than a fix.
