Just found out the bakery counter at the Grand Rapids Meijer marks down day-old sourdough at 7am
I stopped in for milk, saw a clerk stick a $1.50 sticker on a whole loaf, and grabbed two. Turns out they do it every morning before 8, so my Saturday bake has a backup plan now. Does anyone know if the other locations on 28th Street do the same thing?
