Seriously? Calling some random number from a website is not gonna fix anything if the email itself was fake to begin with. The whole point is that the sender could be spoofing a real company, so the number on the real site just connects you to the actual vendor who has no clue what you're talking about. That's not gonna get your money back or stop whoever sent the thing. People act like one phone call solves everything and it just doesn't work that way. Call if you want, but don't expect it to magically clear things up.
