That fancy $85 kitchen scale I bought last spring still gets me every time
I figured the expensive one with all the modes would finally fix my bread ratio issues, but now I just stare at the grams display and second guess myself worse than when I used the $10 one, so has anyone else found that a pricier tool actually made their baking more stressful instead of easier?
