Hit my 500th straight razor shave today and it didn't feel like anything special

Been doing straight razor shaves for about 4 years now and crossed 500 this afternoon on a guy named Jerry. Kinda expected some big sense of accomplishment but honestly it just felt like another Tuesday. Anyone else have a milestone that totally flopped on the hype?
