Had 11 tune ups booked on a Tuesday and 3 of them were the same family's bikes
Every single one had a seized chain and the dad swore he lubed them 2 weeks ago. What do you even say to that, do you charge full price or cut them a break since it is repeat business?

Wait, 11 tune ups in one day and three of them are from the same family? That is a whole lot of bikes for one household. And every single one had a seized chain? That is wild. How does a dad lube a chain two weeks ago and it ends up locked up like that on three different bikes? Kinda feels like maybe he thinks a quick squirt of WD 40 counts as lubing, but that stuff dries out and makes it worse. I would still charge full price for the work but maybe knock a little off as a thanks for bringing you so much business.
