Why does nobody talk about the 10mm socket rule for flat fixes?

I overheard a mechanic at the Portland shop say 'if you don't have a 10mm, you're just a rider with a pump' and it made me realize how many home kits are missing that one key tool for axle nuts.

Man, I used to just throw a multi-tool in my bag and call it good. Then I got a flat with a seized axle nut on a back road. That 10mm socket is the only thing that got my wheel off without stripping everything. My home kit has one now, no question.

Ever think about adding a small breaker bar too? That extra leverage can be the difference between a stuck nut and a broken tool when you're really stuck. It's a cheap upgrade that makes that 10mm socket even more useful.
