Finally finished that 10 hour show everyone was talking about

Honestly I started The Expanse last Monday and didn't think I'd make it past episode 3. But by Friday I had watched 8 episodes straight after work and finished the whole season by Sunday night. My wife kept asking if I was okay because I didn't move from the couch for like 5 hours at a time. Has anyone else had a show just totally take over your week like that?
