Hit 50 episodes of The Expanse this weekend and my laptop froze completely

I was on episode 50 of The Expanse, right at the big battle near the Ring gate, and my old laptop just crushed it. The screen went black and I lost two hours of progress because I hadn't saved the watchlist. Had to wait 20 minutes for it to reboot, then rewatch the whole build up, but honestly it was worth it for that payoff. Anyone else have a device die at the worst moment during a heavy binge?

My buddy Dave had the same kind of luck with his gaming laptop during the finale of Breaking Bad... he got to the last ten minutes and the thing just blue screened on him. He said he sat there staring at the error message for a good five minutes before he even moved... it was like his computer died on purpose. He told me he had to wait for a whole system restore before he could finish it, and by then the emotional impact was kind of gone. I swear machines have a sixth sense for picking the worst possible time to break down.
