Just found out The Expanse has a whole prequel comic series I never knew about

I was browsing the wiki last night after finishing season 6 and there's like 40 issues of comics that fill in gaps between the books and show. Has anyone here read them and are they worth tracking down?

lol I'm gonna go against the grain here and say skip em. Comics based on books/shows almost always feel like fan fiction that got printed, even when they're technically canon. Watched a buddy hunt down all of them and said the art was mid and the stories were just "oh hey remember that side character, here's a boring backstory nobody asked for.

Aaron's right about the art being pretty average. The stories are just little side missions for characters you barely remember. Not really worth hunting down unless you're a completionist.
