The guy at the tire shop said rotate first, align never, and I think he's dead wrong
He was changing my oil in Toledo and waved off my alignment concern by saying rotations cover it, which ignores that my last set cupped on the inside edge by 12,000 miles. A $90 alignment beats a $600 tire set any day, so I'm not buying his shortcut. Does anyone actually get away with skipping alignments, or is he just selling me quiet?
