Update: the $30 rice cooker from Goodwill is the only appliance I use now
Bought it 8 months ago thinking it would just sit there, and I've made beans, oatmeal, and even steamed dumplings in it while my $200 Instant Pot collects dust in the closet. Anyone else got a cheap appliance that secretly does way more than the box says?
