Dropped $60 on a diamond steel and my boning knife finally stopped fighting me
Last week I got a cheap fine-grit steel after years of using the back of a honing rod like an idiot, and 3 briskets later I'm cutting through silverskin with way less sawing, so what grit or rod are you all actually keeping on your block during a busy day?

Guess the back of the honing rod was on team silverskin the whole time.
