Went from boning chicken breasts by feel to using a $12 fish tweezers and I'm not going back
For 6 years I just ran my thumb along the tender to find the pin bones, took forever on a busy Saturday. Bought a cheap pair of curved tweezers at Restaurant Depot in Cleveland last month and now I clear a case in half the time. Anyone else have a small tool swap that made a bigger difference than it should have?
I had a similar thing happen with a $4 bench scraper from a yard sale. Spent years using my hand to scoop up chopped onions and garlic off the board, always a mess. Now I just scrape everything into the pan in one motion and my hands don't smell like onions for the rest of the day. It's wild how a cheap piece of metal changed my whole setup.
