Am I the only one who noticed the free table at the library changed in 3 months?
Back in March that table had 6 paperback novels and a lamp, and now it is picked clean by noon every day, so is it more people needing stuff or just the same 4 folks grabbing everything to resell?

Our neighborhood got one of those little free libraries last summer and it went through the same thing. First month it was all cozy mysteries and old cookbooks, then somebody dropped off a bunch of DVD box sets and now it is mostly empty shelves by Wednesday. I even saw a guy load like 15 books into a tote bag one time, so yeah, some folks are for sure clearing it out on purpose lol.

15 books in one tote bag is wild. One guy did that at our box on Maple Street and I watched him do it. It was mostly kids books too, which really got me. The whole thing works on trust and it just takes one person to ruin it for everyone.
