My client book hit 200 people and it's making me think about my whole business model
I just looked at my booking software and saw I have exactly 200 active clients now, which is a huge jump from the 80 I had this time last year. Part of me feels like this is a win and means I should keep growing, maybe even hire help. But the other part worries that with so many people, I can't give each one the really personal care I built my name on. For example, I used to remember every client's skin story, but now I sometimes have to check my notes before a facial. Do you think there's a magic number where you should stop taking new clients to keep quality high, or is growth always the right goal?
