I finally stopped saving stuff for a future garage sale and just gave it all away
My neighbor Dave asked why I was holding onto a broken treadmill and 3 boxes of baby clothes in my basement, and I said I was saving them for a garage sale. He told me he spent 2 years doing that and ended up making $36 total at his sale in Roseville. That hit hard because I've been doing the same thing and missing out on just helping people now. So I posted it all here and it was gone by Sunday. Has anyone else held onto stuff way too long waiting for a sale that never happens?
