Someone at the swap told me my giveaway posts were confusing, so I changed one thing and doubled my pickups
I used to post stuff like 'bag of kids clothes, porch pickup, DM me' and maybe 1 person out of 5 would actually show up. Last month a lady named Carol at the Saturday swap said straight up, 'I can't tell if you want me to come today or wait for a reply,' so now I put the exact address corner, the pickup window like 'today 2 to 6,' and a photo of the bag on the step. Since I started doing that 3 weeks ago, every single item has been picked up same day, is that overkill or do you all do this too?
