Sawdust in a souvenir shop made me rethink my edges
Took my family to a little woodcraft shop in Asheville last weekend, and the owner was selling cutting boards with routed bevels so smooth they looked molded. He said he spent 2 hours hand sanding each corner up to 600 grit before finishing, which blew my mind because I stop at 220. Anyone else ever feel like they skip a step that customers actually notice?

That extra sanding is what makes it feel worth the price.
