Suburb homeowner wanted frameless, got face frame, blamed me
Dude in Oak Park sent me a Pinterest pic of frameless cabinets, then argued for 20 minutes that the face frame I built was 'wrong' because he could see the frame edge. I tried to explain the difference, but he just kept saying I should've known he meant modern. Charged him $400 for a change order to swap the doors to overlay and he still left a 3-star review. Has anyone else had to eat labor because a client can't tell cabinet styles apart?
