A customer complained about loose coax ends and I finally listened
Been doing cable installs for about 4 years and always just hand tightened the coax connectors. Last month a customer said they wiggle loose after a week and I blew it off. Now I carry a little 7mm wrench and torque every connector down tight and my callbacks dropped to zero. Anyone else have a small change like that fix a big problem?

You know what, I've been there with a totally different thing at my job but it's the same idea. I used to just slap things together too and wondered why stuff came back. It's wild how a tiny detail like a wrench can save you so many headaches and angry calls. I'm glad you finally gave that customer a listen, sometimes they really do know what they're talking about even when we think we know better.

Learned that lesson the hard way too, now I actually listen first.
