Got chewed out by a customer in Mesa last Tuesday over a 15 minute window

Last Tuesday I was on my 7th job of the day, a simple internet swap in a Mesa apartment complex, and the lady had already called dispatch twice before I even parked. My route sheet had her down for a 1 to 3 window, but she swore the rep promised her 9am sharp. I showed up at 12:40, still inside the window, and she met me at the door with her phone out recording. Whole install took 22 minutes, clean line, no issues, and she still called my supervisor to complain about the "window." Dispatch told me to just eat it and move on, no write up, but it burned half my afternoon. Anybody else get pinned for a promise the sales side made that you had no clue about? Frustrating part is the rep gets the sale and I get the review.
