Overheard a guy at the supply house say he strips coax with his teeth

I saw a guy at the supply house on Tuesday actually strip coax with his molars and then he bragged it was faster than my Klein tool, has anyone else come across these weird shortcuts that just make a mess?

My neighbor did that once. Bit right through the dielectric. Short took out half his job. Had to repull 60 feet of cable. Teeth ain't a tool for this.

Agreed completely, I watched a helper try to strip a live 480 line with his teeth once. He got zapped so bad his whole arm went numb for two days, and we had to cut out a three foot section of the cable because the insulation was melted all the way through. People don't realize that dielectric doesn't just protect the wire, it protects you from yourself. I swear, every time someone tries that shortcut they end up spending way more time fixing the damage than if they just walked back to the truck for the right tool.
