Found a 1993 Cartoon Network bug in my cable box menu that unlocked 2 hours of Scooby Doo
Back in 1998 my family had this old Scientific Atlanta box in Rochester and the on-screen guide would freeze if you hit channel up and down at the same time. I figured out that if you unplugged the coax for exactly 6 seconds during a paid movie preview, the box would skip the lock screen and show the east coast feed instead. One Saturday morning I got 2 full hours of Scooby Doo before my dad walked in and asked why the guide said channel 3. Did anyone else have a box that glitched like this or was mine just cursed?
