Just realized the Radisson in Columbus still has a 90s Weather Channel loop playing in the lobby
I walked past the little TV by the elevator last week and it was showing that old local forecast with the smooth jazz and the blue map, which made me wonder if cable channels even bother making those lobby loops anymore.

Ha, a buddy of mine stayed at some old motor lodge in Ohio last summer and the TV in the breakfast nook was stuck on that same loop, smooth jazz and all. The front desk guy told him nobody knew how to change it, so it just played forever. Guess some things outlive the cable channels that made them.
